Terms of Use

Effective date: 20 August 2026 · DAMCON Pty Ltd

1. About these terms

This website is operated by DAMCON Pty Ltd ("DAMCON", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our handling of personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

2. Content is general information only

The content on this website — including project descriptions, capabilities, specifications, programme details and statistics — is provided for general information about DAMCON and its services. It does not constitute an offer, quotation, tender, or engineering, construction or professional advice, and must not be relied upon for design, construction or procurement decisions.

While we take care to keep the site accurate and current, we make no warranty that any content is complete, accurate or up to date. Project details reflect the works at the time they were carried out and may describe packages delivered under contract to head contractors or principals.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website — including text, layout, graphics, the DAMCON name and logo — is owned by or licensed to DAMCON and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark laws. You may view, download and print content for your personal or internal business reference, including assessing DAMCON for a project. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use any content without our prior written consent.

4. Imagery — sources, AI-generated content and takedown

Imagery on this website comes from a range of sources, including photography taken on project sites and, in some cases, AI-generated or digitally illustrated visualisations used for presentation purposes. Please note:

  • Some images depict projects on which DAMCON was engaged as a subcontractor. Such images are used to illustrate the scope of works DAMCON delivered and do not imply that DAMCON was the head contractor, designer or principal, nor any endorsement by those parties;
  • AI-generated or illustrative imagery is indicative only and does not represent an exact record of any site, structure or completed work;
  • We make reasonable efforts to use imagery we own or are entitled to use. If you believe any image on this site infringes your rights (including copyright or moral rights), depicts you or your property without appropriate permission, or should be credited or removed for any other reason, email info@damcon.com.au with the page link and details. We will review promptly and remove, replace or credit the image where appropriate — usually within 5 business days.

5. Enquiries and submissions

Material you submit through our contact form or by email (such as tender documents or resumes) remains yours, but you grant us permission to use it for the purpose it was provided — responding to your enquiry, assessing a tender or considering an application. You are responsible for ensuring anything you submit is accurate, lawful and free of viruses or harmful code.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law, under which certain guarantees cannot be excluded — DAMCON excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the relevant information.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. You are responsible for your own virus protection.

8. Changes

We may update this website and these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
